Notification Email not sending when workspace is shared to Non Terra email Completed
We have noticed that when a workspace is shared to a user who doesn't currently have an active Terra account, the "shared with you" email notification isn't being sent. We've already informed our engineering teams and they are looking into the issue.
As a workaround, we suggest asking anyone you'd like to share the workspace with to register for a Terra account beforehand. This will send the notification email as normal.

After some testing, our engineering teams were able to determine that notification emails will send when a workspace is shared with a non-Terra email. The notification email will only be sent once per non-Terra email.
