Send to notebook function for workspace data

I'd like to enable the "send to notebook" function for data in a terra data table, but can't seem to find the instructions for how to do this for custom data sets.

I've explored the "Accessing and Analyzing Custom Cohorts with Data Explorer" https://support.terra.bio/hc/en-us/articles/360034954811-Accessing-and-analyzing-custom-cohorts-with-Data-Explorer instructions, but the only instructions for doing this myself points to the Data Explorer GitHub repo, and it looks like the CI has failed and the code hasn't been updated in a few years (https://github.com/DataBiosphere/data-explorer ). Are there updated or more detailed instructions for how to enable send to notebook or data explorer for my own data set?
