The following release notes correspond to the dates October 25, 2022 to November 1, 2022.
This release includes back-end updates to workflows, interactive analysis (Notebooks, Galaxy, RStudio), user interface, Data Repository, and Google integrations to improve upcoming features.
Workflows
- In Terra, WDL files can import other WDL files. We now use an allow list to control the hosts that WDL files can be imported from. We believe all legitimate WDL sources have been added to the allow list, please contact support if you see evidence to the contrary.
