On March 29, 2022, Dr. Alisa Manning demonstrated in an hour presentation how to perform a genome-wide association study (GWAS) using controlled-access TopMed data genotypes and phenotypes. Dr. Manning discussed the process of moving from an analysis plan, to utilizing the BioData Catalyst ecosystem to perform computations in a Terra workspace.

Check out the video recording of the presentation, slides, and a template workspace to get started.
