Engineers determined the issue to be resolved. We are seeing previously failed workflows now completing successfully. The team will continue to monitor.

April 24, 2026 1:37 PM ET – Fix in Progress
Engineers identified the likely root cause. A fix was prepared and deployed to production.

April 24, 2026 11:26 AM ET – Rollback Attempted
Engineers initiated a rollback of a recent deployment as a precautionary measure. While the rollback completed successfully, the underlying issue persisted.

April 24, 2026 11:20 AM ET – Issue Identified
Engineers were alerted to a deployment failure in the Terra Data Repository production environment and began investigating. Initial review suggested the issue may have originated earlier in the day, around 8:00 AM ET, based on monitoring data.

Impact
