From around 4 PM on 9/7 to 11 AM on 9/8 Terra marked some users’ workflows as failed due to a permissions error copying workflow logs to their destination. This issue is now resolved.
September 8, 2021 11:30 AM - Remediated - Engineering has addressed the cause of this issue, users should no longer be receiving the aforementioned error.
September 8, 2021 09:00 AM - Issue discovered - An employee of the Broad had a workflow submission fail with the following error message: "Could not copy workflow logs". Engineering was notified of this issue and is now investigating the underlying cause.
Users may have received unexpected failure messages for workflows run between around 4 PM on 9/7 to 11 AM on 9/8.
