Our engineers have identified an issue that affected users' ability to start up a cloud environment. The issue was swiftly resolved.
August 3, 2021 09:14 PM ET - Remediated - Leonardo is stable and is now operating without issue.
August 3, 2021 8:45 PM ET - Issue discovered - Our engineers received an alert that Leonardo, our service for Cloud Environments, went down. The service came back up immediately but was intermittently failing for approximately 30 minutes.
Users may have found difficulty starting up or running a cloud environment between 8:45 PM and 9:14 PM on August 3.
