May 4, 2025 11:22 AM ET - Issue escalated - Our engineers have opened a support ticket with Google support and are working with them on a resolution.
May 3, 2025 5:22 AM ET - Issue discovered - Our engineers were alerted when the Cromwell server failed to come back up after maintenance and started investigating the issue.
May 3, 2025 3:11 AM ET - Database maintenance starts
