The issue was found at 4:00 PM on February 20, 2020 by Broad developers, and impacts only users attempting to load Jupyter notebooks through the domain.

2/24/20 5:00 PM Fix will be deployed - The fix will be deployed to production and notebook access will be restored

2/21/20 3:00 PM Fix developed - The fix has been developed and is set to deploy on Monday

2/20/20 4:00 PM Issue discovered - A Broad developer discovered that users of the domain could not load notebooks


BioData Catalyst users who utilize the domain will not be able to load notebooks. To load a notebook, please use the domain until the fix is deployed to production.
