The following release notes correspond to the dates September 18, 2019 to September 23, 2019

Batch analysis

Improved error messaging
- Fixed bug where workflow-level errors looked like shard errors in the Errors Card on the Job Details page
- Fixed a bug where a sub-workflow's task's attempts could not be shown in Job Manager

Increased limits on number of jobs launched per workflow
In Terra, each batch analysis workflow is subject to a limit on the number of jobs it can launch. In this release, the limit is increasing from 50,000 to 200,000.

This change will be of interest to users who previously reached the limit and may have seen error messages similar to the following: "Error: Root workflow tried creating 50043 jobs, which is more than 50000, the max cumulative jobs allowed per root workflow".

Notebooks (interactive analysis)

Deleting Error'd clusters
We fixed a bug causing an unrecoverable state when clusters are in Error status. You should now be able to delete your Error'd clusters.

Google integration (cloud accounts)

API changes
The get-workspace API, at GET /api/workspaces/{workspaceNamespace}/{workspaceName}, now accepts a querystring parameter named “fields.” This parameter allows you to specify which parts of the response should be included in the response payload.

This change is fully backwards compatible. You do not need to take action unless you wish to utilize this new feature. All code that consumes the get-workspace API will continue to function as before, without any changes.

User interface (UI)

Visible outputs when running single workflow against files
When "Processing single workflow from files", you will see the list of outputs displayed. Note that the outputs cannot be edited.

Direct editing of cells in data table
You can now edit data attributes (cells) in-place directly in the data tab. An attribute can be text, a reference to other entities that exist in the data tab, or a list of text or references. Entities can also be renamed, which updates the name anywhere they are referenced. Doesn't support adding new rows or columns with the UI.
