The following release notes correspond to the dates March 13, 2019 to March 19, 2019.

1. Previously, clicking a redacted Tool in a Terra workspace resulted in an error with no description and sometimes a workspace crash. A fix has been implemented so users now see a warning icon with a tooltip explanation on redacted Tools from the Tools tab. Users will not be able to click into a redacted Tool. Additionally, navigating to a Tool via direct link will give a message notifying users that the Tool has been redacted with an "OK" button to navigate back to the Tools list.

2. Terra offers the ability to "Re-run Failures" from the Job History tab but only if a submission contains more than 1 workflow. Now, Terra offers the "Re-run Failures" option for submissions with a single workflow!

3. When viewing the Tools tab in a Terra workspace, users can browse and import a Featured Tools, or go directly to the FC or Dockstore Tool repositories.

4. An update to Terra privacy policy regarding "HIPAA, Protected Health Information, and the Clinical Compliance Features". Users will have to accept a new policy at log in.
