What we're solving
This feature set will allow Data Custodians to use a workflow within a workspace to stage and push data to Terra Data Repo without interacting with code and APIs directly.
Benefits to the user experience
This should be a much simpler user-interface based experience compared to the current ingest process, requiring less direct user interaction with code and APIs.
