September 16, 2024 11:05 AM - Issue Escalation - We made the determination that this affects all users of workflows and have decided to escalate the issue to a service incident.

September 16, 2024 10:30 AM - Issue Discovered - Our engineers noticed an issue affecting currently submitted workflows in the system.

Impact

Affected user will get an Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction error message when trying to run workflows.
