August 15, 2024 2:16 PM - Issue Remediated - Our engineers have deployed a fix to the system that should resolve this for all affected users.
August 15, 2024 1:15 PM - Issue Escalated - Our engineering teams determined this was a Service Incident and escalated this issue. They are currently working on a resolution to this issue.
August 15, 2024 11:53 AM - Issue Discovered - Terra Support got a few user reports of this issue.
Impact
Impacted users will see pages in the application not fully load as well as getting an Error loading workspace list message on the workspaces page.
We have found that clearing cookies and cache and restarting the browser resolves this issue for affected users.
