Impact

On entering a workspace, affected users will see a persistent "loading" state on the "storage container URL" and "storage SAS url" fields of the Terra on Azure workspace. Eventually an error stating that Terra is unable to find the shared storage account for the workspace's landing zone will be displayed.

Creation of new Terra on Azure workspaces is also affected. This will return an Error creating workspace X. Please try again error.

Affected users are also unable to run workflows in Terra on Azure workspaces.

Terra on GCP workspaces are unaffected.
