May 02, 2024 7:43 AM - Issue Escalation - Our engineers determined that this was an issue that affected the overall Terra on Azure platform and have escalated this issue to a Service Incident. They are currently working to resolve the issue.

May 01, 2024 4:02 PM - Issue Discovered - Our engineers noticed a possible issue with tokens for Terra on Azure, and started to investigate.

On entering a workspace, affected users will see a persistent "loading" state on the "storage container URL" and "storage SAS url" fields of the Terra on Azure workspace. Eventually an error stating that Terra is unable to find the shared storage account for the workspace's landing zone will be displayed.

Creation of new Terra on Azure workspaces is also affected. This will return an Error creating workspace X. Please try again error.

Affected users are also unable to run workflows in Terra on Azure workspaces.

Terra on GCP workspaces are unaffected.
