Summary

We identified an issue that impacted users of Terra workflows. Engineers identified that from 9:30 PM on October 25th, until 9:40 AM October 26th, Cromwell was not starting new workflows in GCP.

October 26, 2023 9:00 AM - Issue Discovered - Engineers identified issue.

October 25, 2023 9:30 PM - Issue Began - Time engineers retroactively identified issue to start.

Impact

Engineers identified that from 9:30 PM on October 25th, until 9:40 AM October 26th, Cromwell was not starting new workflows in GCP. GCP Terra users may have been affected. The issue has been remediated.
