Summary
We identified an issue that impacted users of Terra workspaces. Users may have encountered excessively slowly-loading workspaces. Between October 25th at 2:00 PM and October 24th at 4:30 PM, users may have also been unable to create or clone Terra workspaces on both GCP and Azure platforms. As of October 27th at 10:05 AM, the issue has been resolved.

October 26, 2023 4:30 PM - Issue Partially Resolved - Workspace creation issue remediated. Workspace slowness ongoing.
October 25, 2023 2:00 PM - Issue Resumed and Amplified - Issue resumed. Issue increased in breadth affecting the creation/cloning of workspaces.
October 24, 2023 1:23 PM - Issue Thought To Be Remediated - Our engineers tried deploying a fix to the system that appeared to remediate the issue.
October 24, 2023 12:00 PM - Issue Elevation - Issue elevated as a blocker-level issue. Engineers working on reverting to restore workspace usability.
October 24, 2023 11:30 AM - Issue Discovered - Engineers identified issue.
Impact
Users may have experienced very slow loading speeds in their Terra workspaces. They may have been also been unable to create new or clone Terra workspaces on GCP and Azure platforms. Both issues have since been resolved.
