Timeline
October 19, 2023 11:47 AM ET - Issue Remediation - Our engineers determined that the issue was due to a change that was in the daily UI release. They were able to roll back the release and resolve the issue.
October 19, 2023 11:25 AM ET - Issue Discovered - One of our engineers noticed an issue with authenticating in Terra.
Impact
The Terra UI was failing to sign out users after a session timeout. Navigating to any page that requires login showed a spinner and the Sign Out button was unresponsive.
