October 3, 2023 5:00 PM ET - Issue Discovered - Our teams discovered the issue while removing other bugs.
October 2, 2023 9:00 AM ET - Issue Introduced - The bug was introduced to the system.
New users registering for the application for the first time during the affected window, my see their names in the application display as NA.
While the issue has been resolved for new users in the future, currently affected users can fix this by filling out the Profile page.
