This release note corresponds to the dates July 6, 2023 to July 20, 2023. This release includes back-end updates to workflows, interactive analysis (Notebooks, Galaxy, RStudio), user interface, Data Repository, and Google and Azure integrations to improve upcoming features.
- We fixed a bug in the Terra-on-Azure data view that was causing some rows to not show up
- When you import data from NIH data repositories such as AnVIL or BioData Catalyst, you are only allowed to import into existing Terra workspaces that have an authorization domain and/or protected data setting. Import of these datasets into unprotected workspaces will not succeed. This ensures that the data access is appropriately logged by Terra.
- TSV uploads now give a descriptive error message for if the TSV contains blank (whitespace-only) column headers. This includes any trailing tabs that may be present if you created the TSV by exporting from a spreadsheet.
