This release note correspond to the dates March 8, 2023 to March 14, 2023. This release includes back-end updates to workflows, interactive analysis (Notebooks, Galaxy, RStudio), user interface, Data Repository, and Google integrations to improve upcoming features.

Data Repo

You can now specify md5 checksums for files on ingest. If an MD5 checksum happens to exist on the source file, that value will be used to validate. If it does not, the MD5 value you specified will be stored instead.
