What do these APIs do?
These two APIs allow users to read metadata about and download files from GCS using Terra as a proxy.
Will this impact FISS?
No, there are no references to these APIs in the FISS source code.
When will the APIs be deprecated?
They will be deprecated on the next monolith release - February 1, 2023.
When will the APIs be deleted entirely?
April 1, 2023
What APIs should users use instead?
Use GCS APIs or other GCS download features like gsutil directly: https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/apis
