We've identified an issue that impacts the Cloud Environments page at https://app.terra.bio/#clusters. Accessing the page can return an Expected "namespace" to be string error, and the page will be unavailable.
Cloud Environments can still be controlled within the workspaces they were created by.
January 11, 2023 3:48 PM - Issue Resolved - Our engineers have deployed a fix to the system that should resolve this issue for all users.
January 04, 2023 1:10 PM - Investigation continues - Our engineers are still investigating the best course of action to resolve the second bug.
January 04, 2023 1:00 PM - Partial Fix deployed - Our engineers deployed a fix to the original bug. This should resolve the issue for some users. However, it was determined that a secondary bug could also be still affected some users.
January 03, 2023 4:50 PM - Issue Discovered - Our support team discovered the issue and informed our engineering teams.
Some users will currently be unable to access the Cloud Environments page to access all of their Cloud Environments at once. (Individual Cloud Environments and Persistent Disks can still be controlled from their workspaces.)
