The following release notes correspond to the dates November 29, 2022 to December 5, 2022.
This release includes back-end updates to workflows, interactive analysis (Notebooks, Galaxy, RStudio), user interface, Data Repository, and Google integrations to improve upcoming features.
Data Catalog
- Customize columns in the list view of the Data Catalog
Clicking on the Gear icon in the top right corner of the list brings up a dialog that contains the list of columns in the order they appear in the UI. In the dialog, you can drag columns to reorder them, or use the checkbox to show or hide them in the UI.
Data Repository
- Fixed a bug where there would be duplicate tabs for data activity.
- Fixed a bug where TDR bulk file load via a control file did not work for self-hosted datasets.
Interactive analyses
- Terra notebooks can now be configured to talk to DRSHub instead of Martha. This change will make it easier to support passports for authentication and work on AnVIL in TDR.
